Monthly Maintenance Service

Overview

Monthly maintenance visits to keep your security system running at its best: camera cleaning and re-aiming, recorder health and HDD checks, firmware review, and testing of recording, alarms and remote viewing. Each visit is carried out by a security-licensed technician from our partner network near you.

VIRTUS Electronics supplies security equipment and does not carry out on-site work itself. When you order this service, we refer you to a partner from our network of security-licensed installers and technicians near you. Every partner we refer holds a current security licence for their state or territory. After your order, our team confirms your site location and connects you with a suitable partner. If no partner is available in your area, we will let you know before any work is booked.
