Shipping policy

VIRTUS ELECTRONICS is an online store. All orders are delivered. We do not offer pickup and we do not accept walk-ins.

Dispatch

  • In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment being confirmed.
  • If an item is on back-order or pre-order, our team will contact you with an estimated dispatch date after you order.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
  • Free shipping on orders over $999 delivered within Australia. It is applied automatically at checkout, once per order. Free shipping is not available on trade account orders.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

International orders

We ship to selected countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply in your country and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, goes missing or is delayed, email office@virtuselectronics.com.au or call 0423 105 993 and we will help. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See our Returns and refunds policy.
