HIKVISION's DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(T5) packs ColorVu and AcuSense into a 4MP PT dome IP camera. Imaging comes from a 1/1.8" progressive scan CMOS behind an F1.0 aperture, down to 0.0005 lux in colour. At night it uses white light up to 30 m.

Deep-learning perimeter rules (line crossing, intrusion, region entry/exit) classify people and vehicles, so leaves, rain and animals trigger far fewer false alarms. ColorVu keeps the image in colour after dark, which makes clothing and vehicle colours usable as evidence. Audio: built-in speaker, plus a line-in terminal for an external microphone. It is IP66 rated, powered by PoE (802.3at).

Buyer Tips

Set presets after mounting. The fixed 4 mm lens (88.7° horizontal) is re-aimed by remote pan and tilt, so save preset positions for the areas you check most.
