The HIKVISION DS-2CD2366G2-IU-4MM is a 6MP AcuSense fixed turret network camera from the Hikvision Pro Series (EasyIP). It records at up to 3200 × 1800 from a 1/2.4" progressive scan CMOS sensor, with smart IR up to 30 m and 120 dB WDR for entries where bright sky and shaded porches sit in the same frame.

AcuSense deep learning classifies people and vehicles, so motion, line crossing and intrusion rules can be set to alert on real targets instead of moving foliage, rain or headlights. The -IU suffix adds a built-in microphone; this model has no speaker, strobe light or siren. The metal IP67 housing and 3-axis bracket suit eave, soffit and wall mounting, and the camera runs from 802.3af PoE (max. 6.5 W) or 12 VDC.

  2. Don't confuse -IU with LiveGuard models. DS-2CD2366G2-IU records sound but has no strobe, siren or speaker. Choose the -ISU/SL version if the site needs active deterrence.
  3. Check the NVR supports AcuSense events. Target-filtered alarms and smart search work best on a Hikvision AcuSense-capable NVR running current firmware.
