Overview
The BOSCH Blue Line Gen2 Quad PIR Motion Detector BOSCH-ISC-BPQ2‑W12 utilizes two individual sensors that function as two PIRs in one detector. Each sensor processes signals independently, requiring both to activate in order to generate an alarm signal. This results in better immunity to false alarms, as sources like noise spikes and small animals are disregarded. Quad detectors also offer superior catch performance compared to standard PIR or dual-technology detectors.
